SaleSphereAI Privacy Policy
Introduction
Welcome to SaleSphereAI, a voice automation Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform provided by Quadrillion Technologies Ltd (“Quadrillion”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We are a UK-based company committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018[1]. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information from our business clients (who access SaleSphereAI via a secure dashboard) and individual end users (whose calls and voice data may be processed by our platform). By using SaleSphereAI, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.
Information We Collect
We collect personal data from users of the SaleSphereAI platform and website in order to provide and improve our services. This includes:
-
Account Information: When business users register or are onboarded, we collect identifiers such as name, email address, and login credentials (usernames and hashed passwords). We may also record business contact details like company name and role. This information is necessary to create and secure user accounts and to communicate with you.
-
Call Recordings and Transcripts: SaleSphereAI enables voice call recording and automated transcription. We collect the audio recordings of calls and their text transcripts for calls that you or your organization choose to record through our platform. These recordings may contain personal data about participants in the call (e.g. voices, names, or other information mentioned). We treat all call content as sensitive and handle it securely. Important: If you use our service to record calls, ensure you have the proper consent or legal basis to do so for all participants, as required by applicable laws[2].
-
Usage and Technical Data: We collect certain technical information when you interact with our dashboard or website. This includes IP addresses, device type, browser type, operating system, and log information about your session (such as login time, pages or features accessed, and errors). For example, our analytics tools may record the pages you visited and how long you spent on each page[3]. We collect IP addresses which can indicate your general location (we anonymize or truncate IPs when required by law)[3]. This data helps us troubleshoot issues, secure the platform, and understand user engagement.
-
Cookies and Tracking Data: Like most websites and SaaS platforms, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect data on our site usage and marketing effectiveness. When you visit our SaleSphereAI website or dashboard, cookies may be placed on your browser. Some cookies are essential for login sessions and security (e.g. to keep you logged in and prevent fraudulent use). Others are analytics and advertising cookies set by third parties (described below) to track how you use our site. For instance, we utilize Google Analytics to gather information on website traffic and user behavior, such as pages viewed and actions taken[3]. We also use the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) to understand ad performance and user interactions; this tool can collect data like your IP address and browsing behavior on our site[4]. Please see the Cookies and Tracking section below for more detail on these technologies and how you can control them.
We collect personal data either directly from you (for example, information you enter at registration or input into the platform) or automatically through your use of our services (via cookies or system logs). In some cases, we may also receive personal data from third-party integrations at your direction – for example, if you choose to connect SaleSphereAI with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, we may receive or send data (like contact info or call notes) between our platform and that system as instructed by you.
How We Use Personal Data
We use the collected information for the following purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws:
-
Providing and Improving the Service: We use your personal data to operate SaleSphereAI and deliver its features. This includes processing call audio to generate transcripts and analytics, storing call records so you can review them, and enabling features in the user dashboard. We analyze call transcripts and recordings as needed to provide insights or automation that are part of our service. We also use data about how you use the platform to improve functionality, refine our voice AI algorithms, and develop new features. These uses are essential to perform the services you or your organization expect from SaleSphereAI.
-
User Account Management: We process account information (like your name and email) to create and maintain your user account, authenticate your logins, and provide you with customer support. For example, we will use your email to send verification links, password reset requests, and important account notices. We also use this information to personalize your experience (such as greeting you by name or saving your preferences).
-
Communication: We may use your contact details to send service-related communications. This includes administrative emails (for example, notices about changes to this Privacy Policy or to our platform), confirmations, invoices, and responses to support inquiries. If you are a business contact, we might also send you product updates or tips to use SaleSphereAI more effectively. We will only send you marketing or promotional emails if we have your consent or another lawful basis, and you can opt out at any time.
-
Analytics and Performance: We use data (including cookies and tracking tools) to understand how our website and service are used. For instance, with the help of Google Analytics, we analyze aggregate trends such as which pages are most visited, how users navigate our site, and what content engages visitors[3]. This helps us make informed decisions on improving user experience and fixing problem areas. Analytics cookies collect information like your device type and browsing actions on our site (e.g. clicks, scroll depth)[3], but this data is typically aggregated and does not directly identify you.
-
Advertising and Marketing: We utilize certain tracking technologies for advertising purposes. In particular, the Meta Pixel is installed on our website to help us measure the effectiveness of our ads and to reach audiences who are likely to be interested in SaleSphereAI. The Meta Pixel allows Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to collect information about your visit to our site (such as which pages you viewed or actions you took) and connect it with your Meta user ID, if you have one[4]. We may then use this information to create custom audiences for ads or to serve you relevant advertisements on Meta’s platforms. We only use these marketing trackers where you have given consent via our cookie banner (see Cookies and Tracking below).
-
Security and Fraud Prevention: We may process personal data (like IP addresses and account activity) to maintain the security of our platform, prevent fraudulent use, troubleshoot attempts to access accounts without authorization, and enforce our Terms of Service. This includes using automated tools to monitor for suspicious activities or abuses of the platform.
-
Legal Compliance: In certain cases, we may need to use or disclose personal data to comply with legal obligations. For example, we might retain records of transactions for financial reporting laws, or disclose information in response to valid law enforcement requests or court orders. We will also use your data to the extent necessary to exercise or defend legal claims.
We will not use personal data for purposes that are incompatible with those described above without notifying you and obtaining appropriate consent if required. We do not use personal data for any kind of automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, except for the limited analytics and advertising processing described (which does not produce such effects in a way prohibited by law).
Legal Bases for Processing
Under the UK GDPR, we must have a valid legal basis to process your personal data[5]. Depending on the context, SaleSphereAI relies on the following legal grounds:
-
Contractual Necessity: Much of our data processing is performed on the basis of fulfilling a contract[5]. When you (or your organization) subscribe to or use SaleSphereAI, we process personal data to provide the service as agreed. For example, processing your login credentials and contact information is necessary to create your account and authenticate you; recording and transcribing calls is necessary to deliver the core functionality of the platform requested by our customers. We cannot provide the service without this data.
-
Legitimate Interests: In some cases, we process data to pursue our legitimate business interests[5], and we do so in a way that does not override your rights and freedoms. For instance, it is in our legitimate interest to collect certain usage and device data to improve our platform’s performance and security. It is also our legitimate interest to communicate with business customers about new features or to prevent fraud and misuse of our service. When we rely on legitimate interests, we carefully consider and balance any potential impact on you and your rights. You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests (see Your Rights below).
-
Consent: We will rely on your consent in situations where a legal requirement or choice deems it necessary[5]. For example, we seek your consent before using non-essential cookies and tracking pixels (like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) on our website for analytics or advertising purposes. Similarly, if we ever want to use your personal data in a way that is not strictly necessary for our contract with you or our legitimate interests, we will ask for your clear affirmative consent. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, and if you do so, we will stop the processing that was based on consent. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing done before the withdrawal.
In addition to the above bases, we may process data to comply with legal obligations (for example, retaining certain records for tax or accounting purposes), or in rare cases to protect someone’s vital interests (e.g. if urgent medical information is provided in a call recording), though these situations are uncommon for our service. We do not generally process data for public interest tasks or law enforcement functions, as those are not applicable to our private sector SaaS offering.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit websites. SaleSphereAI uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure our platform functions properly, to analyze usage, and to support our advertising efforts. We categorize cookies as follows:
-
Essential Cookies: These are necessary for the website or platform to function. For example, when you log into the SaleSphereAI dashboard, we use a session cookie to keep you logged in and remember your authentication as you navigate between pages. Essential cookies are also used for security (for example, to help prevent unauthorized access to your account). These cookies do not require consent, as they are needed to provide the service you requested.
-
Analytics Cookies (Performance Cookies): We use third-party analytics tools, notably Google Analytics, to collect information about how visitors use our website. Google Analytics places cookies that allow us to recognize and count visitors and see how they navigate the site[6]. Through Google Analytics, we gather data such as what pages you visited, how long you stayed, what links you clicked, and your general geographic region (based on anonymized IP addresses)[3]. This information helps us improve the website’s design and content. Google Analytics may collect details like your device type, browser, and operating system as well[7]. Importantly, Google Analytics does not reveal your name or contact information to us, and Google itself acts as a data processor, meaning it only processes data on our behalf and under our instructions[8]. We have configured Google Analytics to respect privacy best practices (such as IP anonymization, which truncates the last octet of your IP address within the EU/UK before storage[3]). You can opt out of Google Analytics as described below.
-
Advertising Cookies: With your permission, we utilize the Meta Pixel (also known as Facebook Pixel) on our marketing website. The Meta Pixel is a snippet of code from Meta (Facebook) that places cookies on your browser to track interactions. This allows us to understand the effectiveness of our Facebook/Instagram ads and to reach people who have shown interest in SaleSphereAI. For example, if you visit our site and later use Facebook, you may see an ad for SaleSphereAI. The Meta Pixel collects data such as your IP address, the specific pages you visited on our site, and actions you took (like clicking a demo request button)[4]. Meta may combine this data with your profile if you are logged into their services, thereby enabling features like custom audiences and conversion tracking for our ads. We do not receive personally identifying information from Meta about you; rather, we get aggregated reports (for example, how many users clicked an ad and then signed up). We ensure that use of Meta Pixel is done in compliance with privacy laws – for instance, we will not fire the Pixel unless you have consented via the cookie banner. You can also adjust your ad privacy settings on Meta’s platforms to control how your data is used.
When you first visit our site, you will be shown a cookie consent banner (if required by law) allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. We will not set analytics or advertising cookies unless you opt-in. Even after you’ve given consent, you have the ability to change your preferences at any time. For example, you can usually find a “Cookies” link or settings on our site to revisit your choices[9]. Additionally, most web browsers provide settings to refuse or delete cookies. You can configure your browser to block all cookies or to alert you when cookies are being set. Please note that if you disable cookies entirely, some features of the platform (especially login sessions) may not function properly.
Opt-Out Options:
- To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you can use Google’s official Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which prevents the Google Analytics script from running.
- To opt out of interest-based ads from Meta on Facebook or Instagram, you can adjust your ad preferences in those applications (look for settings related to Ads or Ad Preferences and toggle off personalized ads based on data from partners). You may also use industry opt-out tools (such as the YourOnlineChoices website in the EU/UK) to opt out of many advertising trackers.
- Even after opting out, you may still see generic ads, but they will not be based on the collected data from our site.
For more detailed information on the cookies and tracking technologies we use, please see our separate Cookie Policy (if available) or contact us. We strive to be transparent about any data collected via cookies and to give you control over their use[6].
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We treat your personal data with care and confidentiality. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we do share data in certain circumstances, as described below, and always under appropriate safeguards:
-
Service Providers (Processors): We employ trusted third-party companies to perform tasks on our behalf in order to deliver the SaleSphereAI service. These providers only receive the personal data necessary for their specific functions, and they are contractually obligated to process it securely and only for our instructed purposes. Key service providers include:
-
Hosting and Infrastructure: SaleSphereAI is hosted on secure servers located in the United Kingdom. We use UK-based data centers/cloud services to store and process all production data, ensuring that your data remains under UK jurisdiction. Our hosting provider stores user account data, call recordings, and other information on its servers for us. All data on these servers is protected by encryption and stringent access controls.
-
Speech-to-Text Transcription: To convert voice recordings into text transcripts, we may use a specialized third-party transcription engine or API. This means that call audio data might be securely transmitted to our transcription partner’s system, which processes the audio and returns text. We only work with transcription providers that have strong data protection measures and (where possible) are based in the UK or in jurisdictions with adequate data protection laws. They are not permitted to retain or use the audio/transcripts for any purpose other than providing the transcription service to us.
-
Communication and Support Tools: We use certain SaaS tools to help us communicate with users and provide customer support (for example, an email service for sending notifications, or a helpdesk system to manage support tickets). These tools might process your name, email, or support query information on our behalf. We ensure any such vendors are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
-
CRM and Integration Partners: If your organization chooses to sync data between SaleSphereAI and other systems (for example, syncing call summaries to a CRM system like Salesforce or HubSpot), we will share data with those systems at your direction. This means, for instance, sending a call transcript or call outcome to your company’s CRM, which then becomes subject to that system’s own privacy controls. Similarly, if you use any third-party integration or plugin with our platform, we will transfer data to and from that third party based on your settings. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party services you integrate with our platform.
-
Analytics and Advertising Partners: As noted in the Cookies section, third parties like Google (analytics) and Meta (advertising) will receive certain data from our website via cookies/pixels. These partners act as data processors or joint controllers in their limited sphere. For example, Google will process usage data to provide us with analytics reports[8], and Meta will process Pixel data to provide ad insights. We have appropriate data processing agreements in place with these providers as required.
-
Within Quadrillion Technologies: We may share personal data internally among authorized staff of Quadrillion Technologies Ltd (for example, between our support team and development team) only on a need-to-know basis, to help run and improve the service. All our employees and contractors are subject to confidentiality obligations regarding personal data.
-
Business Transfers: If Quadrillion Technologies Ltd is involved in a merger, acquisition, investment, or sale of all or part of its business, personal data held by SaleSphereAI may be transferred to the new owner or partner, along with the rest of the business assets. In such cases, we will ensure the new owner is bound by terms protecting your personal data at least to the same standard as this policy, and we will notify you (for example, by email or a notice on our site) of any change in data control.
-
Legal Requirements and Protection: We may disclose personal information to third parties (such as courts, law enforcement authorities, regulators, or legal counsel) if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request; (b) enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements; (c) detect or prevent fraud, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, or safety of Quadrillion, our users, or the public. We will carefully review such requests and only provide the minimum data necessary in response. When permitted, we will inform the affected users of such disclosures.
International Data Transfers: By default, we store and process data within the UK. However, some of our service providers or the scenarios above might involve transferring personal data across national borders. For example, the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics may result in data being transferred to the United States (where Meta and Google have servers) for processing. If we transfer personal data from the UK (or European Economic Area) to a country that is not deemed to have “adequate” data protection by UK/EU authorities, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place[10]. These safeguards may include Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement with the receiving party, or ensuring the recipient is certified under an approved framework. Our aim is to ensure that your data receives a level of protection equivalent to that provided under UK law, even when processed abroad. You can contact us for more information on the specific safeguards in place for international transfers related to your data.
Data Storage and Security
We understand the importance of securely storing your personal data. All data collected through SaleSphereAI is stored on secure servers located in the United Kingdom, and is thus protected by UK data protection laws and standards. We retain your data in environments that employ robust security measures:
-
Security Measures: Quadrillion Technologies maintains appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction[11]. These measures include, but are not limited to, encryption of data in transit (e.g. using TLS/SSL protocols for data exchange between your browser and our servers) and encryption of data at rest where applicable (for example, encrypting the database that stores call transcripts). We also implement access controls so that only personnel who need to access your data to perform their job can do so. Our staff are trained on data protection best practices and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and monitoring are conducted to protect against threats. We follow industry best practices and continually update our security protocols to address new risks.
-
Compliance and Certifications: While we may not list specific certifications in this policy, we align our security program with industry frameworks. Our hosting providers typically hold certifications such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2, demonstrating high standards of information security. We choose partners who meet stringent security requirements. If required by clients, we can provide more details about our security measures or assist with your own vendor security assessments.
-
Data Location: As stated, your data is primarily stored in the UK. By keeping data local, we ensure compliance with UK GDPR and facilitate easier oversight of data handling. We will not routinely store or backup personal data in other countries without informing you. In cases where we use cloud services with global infrastructure, we configure data residency to UK regions whenever possible. Any incidental transfers (e.g. for technical support by a non-UK engineer under our supervision) are handled with strict privacy safeguards as described in International Data Transfers above.
-
Breach Response: Despite all our precautions, no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure. However, we have a detailed data breach response plan in place. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will promptly contain the issue, assess the scope of impact, and notify affected users and regulators (like the ICO) as required by law. We will also take steps to mitigate any potential harm and prevent future incidents.
Your own role in security is also important. Please maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. We will never ask you for your password via email, so beware of phishing attempts.
Data Retention
We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. This is in accordance with the principle of storage limitation under data protection law (i.e. keeping data for the shortest time possible to meet our needs)[12]. In practice, this means:
-
Account Data: We retain your account information (such as your name, email, and login data) for as long as your user account is active or as needed to provide you with services. If you or your organization deletes your account or terminates the service, we will delete or anonymize this information within a reasonable period after account closure, except where we need to keep it for legitimate business or legal purposes (e.g. resolving disputes, auditing, or enforcing our agreements).
-
Call Recordings and Transcripts: Call audio and transcript data are stored to provide the service to you and for your later reference. By default, we keep these records until you or your organization choose to delete them from the platform, or for the duration of our contract with the business customer. Our business clients may have control over retention settings – for example, an admin at your company might set calls to auto-delete after a certain number of days. If you need a call recording deleted sooner, you can use provided tools (if available) or contact us to assist with removal. When you delete call content through the dashboard, it will be permanently and irretrievably erased from our active systems (though brief residual traces might remain in backups for a limited time, which are then overwritten according to our backup retention cycle).
-
Analytics Data: We generally receive analytics information in aggregate form, which is not tied to individual user identities. Google Analytics data may be retained on Google’s systems for a set retention period (e.g. 26 months) that we configure, after which it is deleted automatically. We don’t maintain personal profiles of site visitors over the long term.
-
Communications: If you contact us via email or support chat, we may retain those communications (and associated contact info) as long as necessary to address your inquiry and for our internal service records. Support tickets may be kept for a period (e.g. 1-2 years) after resolution, to help us improve and for reference if you contact us again.
-
Legal and Regulatory Retention: We may need to retain certain data for longer periods if required by law. For example, financial transaction records or invoices might be kept for 7 years as per UK tax regulations. Similarly, if a legal claim is anticipated, we may retain relevant data until the issue is resolved.
Once the retention period expires or the purpose of processing has been achieved, we will either securely delete or anonymize the personal data. Anonymization is a process of altering the data so it can no longer be associated with an individual; we may use anonymized data (which is no longer personal data) for analytical purposes or to improve our services.
If you have any specific questions about our data retention practices (for example, if you want to know how long a particular type of data is kept), you can contact us for more detailed information.
Your Rights
As a data subject, you have certain rights regarding your personal data that we collect and process. Quadrillion Technologies is committed to upholding these rights and facilitating your exercise of them. Under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act, your rights include[13]:
-
Right to Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, as well as information on how we use it. This is commonly known as a “Subject Access Request.” Upon verification of your identity, we will provide you with a summary or copy of your data, usually within one month of your request (or sooner if feasible). This will include details such as the categories of data, the purposes of processing, and the recipients with whom the data has been shared[13].
-
Right to Rectification: If any of your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to correct it. We encourage you to keep your account profile information up-to-date. If you cannot update it through the platform, contact us and we will rectify any inaccuracies without undue delay[14].
-
Right to Erasure: Commonly known as the “right to be forgotten,” this allows you to request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances[14]. You can request erasure, for example, if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected, you have withdrawn consent (and no other legal basis applies), or you object to our processing (and we have no overriding legitimate interest to continue). Please note this right is not absolute – we may need to retain certain information if required by law or if it is needed for legal disputes. However, we will honor valid erasure requests and will also inform any third-party processors to delete your data, where applicable.
-
Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to request that we limit the processing of your data in certain situations[15]. For instance, if you contest the accuracy of the data, you can ask us to pause processing (aside from storing it securely) until we verify and correct it. Or if you have objected to processing (see below), you can request restriction while we consider your objection. Restriction means we will hold onto the data but not actively use it.
-
Right to Data Portability: For data you have provided to us, you have the right (in some cases) to receive that data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to have us transmit it to another data controller at your request[16]. This typically applies to data processed by automated means under consent or contract. For example, if you request it, we can export your call transcripts or account information in a CSV or similar format that you could provide to another service. We will assist with such requests to the extent technically feasible.
-
Right to Object: You have the right to object to certain processing activities. You can object to processing of your personal data that is based on our legitimate interests or based on public interest/exercise of official authority (which we don’t do)[17]. If you object, we will stop processing the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your rights, or if we need to continue processing for legal claims. You also have an absolute right to object to direct marketing. If we send marketing communications, you can opt out at any time and we will cease using your data for that purpose.
-
Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making: We do not engage in solely automated decision-making (including profiling) that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. However, the UK GDPR provides you the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, if such a decision has significant effects[18]. In the event that we ever implement automated decision processes, we will ensure appropriate safeguards and give you the right to obtain human intervention or to contest the decision.
-
Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. This can be done by changing your preferences (for example, in the cookie settings or unsubscribe link in emails) or contacting us. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to the withdrawal. For example, if you gave consent for analytics cookies and later withdraw, we will stop collecting your data via those cookies going forward.
-
Right to Complain: If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the United Kingdom, that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). You can find details on how to contact the ICO and make a complaint on their website. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns directly before you approach the ICO, so please consider reaching out to us first. We are committed to resolving any privacy issues in a fair and transparent manner.
To exercise any of your rights, please contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below. We will respond to your requests as soon as possible, and at most within the timeframe required by law (generally one month). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, to ensure we don’t disclose or alter data to the wrong person. This is for your security. There is usually no fee for exercising your rights, but if a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive (for example, repetitive), we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse the request with an explanation.
Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. SaleSphereAI is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under 16 years old unless it is done through an appropriate authorized business or educational arrangement. For example, if a school or parent has a legal agreement with us to use the platform for educational purposes, children under 16 may use the service under adult supervision and with necessary consents in place. In all other cases, individuals under 16 should not use or access SaleSphereAI. If you are under 16, please do not attempt to register an account or provide any personal information about yourself without involvement of a parent or guardian.
Quadrillion Technologies understands its obligations under child data protection laws. In the UK, children under 13 cannot legally provide their own consent for online services without parental authorization[19]. We have chosen to set a higher age threshold (16) for independent use of our platform to err on the side of caution and ensure proper oversight. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 16 outside of an approved context, we will take immediate steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child under 16 has provided personal data to us without your consent, please contact us right away so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make changes, we will post the updated policy with a new “Last Updated” date at the top. If the changes are significant, we may also notify you by email (using the email address on your account) or by prominently posting a notice on our website or dashboard. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
Your continued use of SaleSphereAI after any changes to this Privacy Policy indicates your acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and notify us if you wish to exercise any of your rights regarding your data.
